The weather-proof Evr-Dry wires were developed by Chrysler Corp. engineers during the war to prevent moisture that collects in the wells around the spark plug from shorting-out the plugs. This set is an exact reproduction of what was sold by MoPar dealers as an accessory in the 1940's and 1950's and will work on all MoPar L-6 engines. Wires have copper cores and glossy black lacquer jackets just like the originals
