This book is a must-have for anyone working on legacy (1949-70) OMC (Evinrude - Gale - Johnson) 2-cylinder outboards. In fact, if you have to choose between this book the factory service manual, chose this book. Not much in here for Mercury owners. If fact, the author dismisses Kiekhaefer era Mercs and Carl Kiekhaffer himself as quirky and tempermental (he has a point)
